I came runner up in competition organised by The Money Gym in the New Year 2009, and this has really changed my life. It has motivated and inspired me to move on and create this website and deliver tailored computer training many people. The winner of the competition was Debbie Winterbourne – a very worthy winner. I have since met Debbie on a few occasions as she is based not far from me in Central London. I also discovered she had a gap in her computer knowledge (Excel) and she was looking for someone to provide some training for her. I was able to provide this for her and we spent a couple of hours going over just what she needed to know.

First Timer………………

Here is a video testimonal from Lieve, who is absolutely great BUT has no knowledge of computers……. or should I say HAD no knowledge of computers! Lieve has, like many other people, managed her busy life extremely well without using a computer – not even having an email address. However, as the age of technology moves, and as online socialising is so popular Lieve has now decided its time to join in.

Lieve came to me for some specific training.  Lieve’s family live in Belgium and she wants to be able to stay in touch with them online as this is the way many of them are now communicating – so she doesnt want to be left behind. Therefore, her training priorities were:

  • The basics of using a computer
  • Getting an email account and learning how to use it
  • Getting onto Facebook – and join in with her family and friends online banter
  • Getting onto Skype – and learning how to have FREE calls over the computer with her family, especially her daughter

We spent a day doing the above so all Lieve’s initial training needs have been met and she is now inviting her family to join her on Skype and to add her to their Facebook accounts. It was great for us both – plus it was good fun which is very important. Lieve wants to add to her learning, so we will spend more time together and I am sure she will be more than happy to share any updates here………..so keep an eye on this page.
